Hypnosis is similar to daydreaming which you will already be familiar with as we all go into this trance state many times a day, a state of focused attention where we are oblivious to external distractions and is perfectly safe and natural. Hypnosis is a way of achieving this relaxed state of consciousness so that we can direct and focus the mind on beneficial goals and positive outcomes whether that is stopping smoking, changing eating habits, overcoming fears and phobias and much more.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist and gained my qualification at The Clifton Practice, Bristol, a recognised Centre of Excellence for hypnotherapy. I am also a qualified counsellor and have been awarded the BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
I am a member of the following regulatory bodies:
NCH - National Council for Hypnotherapy
CNHC - Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
I am fully insured to practice Hypnotherapy.

Subsequent sessions - £60 (approx. 60 minutes)
