About me

Hi, I'm Lorna, it's my pleasure to offer you a personal service to help you make positive changes in your life.  Every hypnosis I give is tailored specifically to your unique needs. Hypnotherapy is an incredibly powerful tool which can help you in breaking free from unhelpful habits, fears, and behaviours.

I offer a free 20 minute initial consultation for us to check our mutual suitability. Following this  we will have an in depth consultation and I will create a bespoke hypnotherapy script which I deliver in subsequent sessions.

I specialise in weight management and I am also well versed in working with other issues such as low self-esteem, stress, low confidence, smoking and other unwanted habits.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • L3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills
  • L4 Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory
  • L3 Certificate in Life Coaching

Having spent most of my life working in education, I retrained in hypnotherapy in order to pursue a career in a field that is fascinating to me. I am currently adding to my skills by studying for a level 5 diploma in psychotherapeutic counselling.

info Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. Additional information
