About me

Hello there! My name is Lizzy and I am an experienced Cognitive Hypnotherapist. I work with clients overcome a range of issues - from anxiety, depression and confidence issues to problems with addiction and phobias. Whatever it is you need help with, I'm not here to label you, but to guide you and support you towards breaking free from whatever it might be that is currently holding you back from living the life you want to live.

Client Centred Therapy

The most important thing to me is to provide you with the best care possible and so I will ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during our work together and tailor each sessions to you as an individual. The work we do together is about you, and your unique set of circumstances and life experiences. I will draw from a variety of skills and techniques to craft a treatment plan aimed specifically to you and your needs to help you get you to where you want to be.

I will also provide you with complimentary bespoke audio recordings for you to listen to in between sessions which will consolidate the work we do together.

The sessions are relaxed and we will work together as a team so that you can achieve positive changes that last.
