About me
I am a Hypnotherapist and Counsellor working in Ham, Richmond.
I have been practicing for many years helping clients with issues such as stress, and stress related illnesses and conditions anxiety, low self esteem, depression, improving sports performance, confidence with public speaking as well as weight management including hypnotic gastric band, smoking cessation, addiction control, pain management. I am also a qualified past life regression therapist. I work from a purpose built therapy room located in my garden to offer a safe confidential space. My room is kept ventilated and thoroughly sanitised between clients. I am fully vaccinated including booster to ensure my clients are as safe as possible. Working directly with the unconscious mind is very powerful therapy and also a very relaxing experience. I offer a free 30 minute consultation either in person or by telephone to ensure I am the right therapist for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy achieving a diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I have a diploma in past life regression therapy and am a member of the Past Life Therapists Association (PTLA.
I have recently completed a level 5 diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and am a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
