About me

I am an Analytical hypnotherapist and experienced Yoga Teacher based on the Wiltshire-Hampshire border.

Analytical, or Psychodynamic, Hypnotherapy is a powerful, in-depth, therapeutic approach, blending psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to unearth and resolve the root cause of any psychological and physiological issues.

The hypnosis state is a lot like daydreaming and you will be in control of yourself at all times. When in the relaxed state of hypnosis you will have greater access to your subconscious mind enabling you to understand and resolve the root cause of your symptoms.

Through my own therapeutic journey, I found Analytical, or Psychodynamic, Hypnotherapy and I found it to be incredibly powerful. It has enabled me to release emotions and understand how past experiences have moulded me in a way I had not been able to through other therapies.

For me, hypnotherapy has been a way of healing my own grief, trauma and blockages, and has given me the answers that I have been seeking. That is why I am passionate about these techniques and how am I am able to help others heal as I did. Along with yoga and meditation, I truly believe these techniques provide an opportunity for transformation.

I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to explore and resolve any challenges that you are facing and free yourself from whatever is holding you back from reaching your true potential.

Holistic Analytical Hypnotherapy sessions are available online via Zoom.

Online hypnotherapy sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. All you need is the sound of my voice and a safe and comfortable space where you can be relaxed and undisturbed for the duration of the session.

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice.
