About me
Due to government guidelines, I am now expanding online services to include, Skype, zoom and watsapp, I also offer a facility to record the Hypnotherapy session for some issues including anxiety, which can be utilized when needed during the lock down.
As a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, I have ensured that my training provides the most recognized and up to date therapeutic interventions which I believe enhances my natural ability to understand and offer help to those who feel that hypnotherapy will empower and enable them to live the life they choose.
I am experienced in treating clients who seek therapy for a many reasons including Stress, anxiety, bereavement, phobias, panic disorders, anger, weight issues, confidence and self esteem.

I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the National Counselling Society and my training reflects the standards and ongoing training required by active members.
Having trained with both Richard Bandler and Paul McKenna who are both recognised leaders in this field, I have gained qualifications in both hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and undertake regular supervision.
I am also a volunteer for the local Citizens Advice Bureaux, where I was awarded the Benefit to others award in 2015. As well as treating private clients, I also offer counselling on a voluntary basis for Changing lives.
Member organisations
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
