For this reason, I recommend an initial no-obligation phone conversation which is free of charge, this gives you the chance to find out more about me and how I work. Should you then wish to book an initial consultation, we can then talk about your problem and how Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help you. This first step is vital so that I can create a bespoke treatment plan to suit you.
Following the initial consultation, I will create a step-by-step plan tailored to your desired goals and outcomes. This will involve teaching you techniques to take away between sessions that will help you to continue to achieve your goals.
I believe we are all individuals & there's no 'one size fits all' approach to therapy. The work we do together will be personally tailored to suit you to create the most change in the shortest time.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy at The Quest Institute under Trevor Silvester, at Regents University in London. I am also a member of the following professional bodies:
- Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
- National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)
- Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy (QCHPA)
After spending a decade working in the film and television industry, I understand what comes with working in high pressure environments. Because of my experience in the creative industries, I also have a particular interest in helping anyone with a demanding lifestyle to develop a fulfilling work-life balance, handling anxiety in the workplace and creating the confidence needed to achieve career goals.

Please allow up to 90 minutes for our first session and 60 minutes for all subsequent sessions.
There may be times when you need longer than a standard session, for these occasions I offer a double session at a discounted rate. Please note, double sessions must be agreed in advance.
