About me

My name is Leonard Ofori-Atta, and I'm passionate about helping people to focus within, discover their inner guide, and grow.

I specialise in workplace mental health, addressing stress, anxiety, burnout, and lack of motivation. I use a combination of person-centered and solution-focused approaches to guide you in exploring your thoughts and feelings. When you feel ready, we identify achievable goals and create tailored strategies to overcome challenges.
