Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help with a wide range of issues you might expect, such as smoking, weight-loss and phobias, to things you might not, such as confidence and relationship issues, addictions, anxiety and depression.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified and licensed Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner, and Coach trained at The Quest Institute, Regents University, under internationally renowned Trevor Silvester.
I am a registered member of The Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (QCHPA).
I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (HPD) and am a registered member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (MNCH).
I am a registered member of The Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I am an Accredited Practitioner with The Central Register for Stop Smoking Therapists.

I offer programmes of sessions, which can allow you to know you have fully committed to allow change and gives a timescale to enable the changes you seek. Please contact me for more information and pricing.
Individual session fees:
£100 per session Berkhamsted
£150 per session London
I suggest commitment for at least three sessions if booking individually, to encourage and allow mutual commitment to the process.
