Maybe you even miss out a lot of fun and joy in life as anxiety has begun to dictate what you feel you can and can't do and it can begin to affect your relationships and life choices or perhaps already has.
Life is not much fun when you feel stuck with a problem you can’t seem to find a solution to... Asking for help is the first step.
I have worked with many different issues and problems over the years, but helping people with anxiety is where my heart is because I suffered with it for over 20 years until I found a way to be free from it, which completely changed my life.

What to expect from a session?
I will welcome you to my safe, non-judgemental and confidential consultation premises where you can be completely honest and open about how you feel.
Due to the current circumstances, I now see a lot of clients via video consultations which gives the same results, but I understand that some people prefer coming along in person and for those, I am based in Tenterden.

The General Hypnotherapy Register
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
