About me
Specialising in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Beyond Quantum Healing, I offer a variety of services to help my clients overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, insomnia, phobias as well as low confidence, motivation and self-esteem. I am a fully qualified and insured practitioner and am a proud member of the National Hypnotherapy Council and the CNHC.
I am passionate, caring and supportive to all my clients, as I love the work that I do. My aim in my sessions to ensure my clients feel heard, understood and empowered. I create a safe space for my clients to explore past events and traumas, learn from them and then let them go. “I feel emotionally lighter” is something I often hear from clients after their first session.
I believe learning coping strategies and how to understand yourself more are essential components to therapy. I like to use NLP and CBT techniques to give my client the tools so they can handle future situations more efficiently.
Mental Health Courses & Download Resources
My goal is to help make support for mental health accessible to everyone, which is why I have created a number of mental health courses for those people who feel therapy is not quite for them, or maybe time and budget are an issue. I have used all my experience and knowledge to create these easy to understand, useful courses to help people overcome their stress, anxiety and depression. Beyond Quantum Healing
After reading Dolores Cannons first book “Five Lives Remembered” I was instantly drawn to learning more about Quantum Healing. Beyond Quantum Healing was created by Candace Craw-Goldman who was a close friend and colleague of Dolores Cannon who was the creator of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). BQH is a close relative to this technique, the main difference is that BQH can be done online whereas QHHT must be done in person.
BQH is a heart and intention based modality for healing. BQH is "quantum" which can mean "multidimensional," so healing may occur on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It allows you to go into your subconscious mind to visit past lives, future lives, parallel lives, life between lives, early childhood memories, whichever is the most appropriate time and place for you to gain healing and answers for the intention set for your session. You will be asked to come to your BQH session with a list of questions. During the session you will be communicating with your higher self (and possibly other spirit guides, Angels or Ancestors) which will provide answers to these questions. You can ask for guidance about the future, your health, relationships, life purpose, career, to gain clarity on spiritual experiences, etc. As a certified BQH practitioner I have been trained to guide you through the process, ask your questions and help you gain the most from your session. I record all my sessions, so you can listen to them again and again if you wish.

Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I offer a variety of therapy services suitable for all people, budgets and lifestyles. With my home therapy room, I do face to face sessions, as well as online sessions via Zoom, this means I can offer flexible appointments to work around my clients needs and can also keep my costs, so therefore my prices low.
Availability, budget and a client’s individual needs can all affect the number of sessions someone will book, that is why I offer very reasonable individual and block sessions. We can discuss the number of sessions I believe you will require during your free consultation.
