About me

Kirsty Macdonald (née Hanly) is a Cognitive Hypnotherapy & NLP Master Practitioner, and Transformational Coach working with clients at her office in London's Harley Street, online, and also now from Crouch End in North London.

Kirsty is a full member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (MNCH Reg) and registered with the CNHC and the QCHPA.

What to Expect
You are an individual and as such will receive a bespoke therapy just for you. Cognitive Hypnotherapy brings in elements from many different evidence-based disciplines including EMI, NLP, Hypnosis, WordWeaving and EFT, all to work with your unconscious mind to release difficult patterns that you may be experiencing. Additionally I work with embodiment techniques to create somatic change in the body and mind together - an incredible effective method of freedom from whatever has been holding you back.

My guarantee:
I offer you a free initial conversation where you can ask any questions you may have before booking with me and find out more of how I can support you.  I will then begin to create a plan of how we can work together even before your first session ensuring you can receive the most targeted approach for you, right from the start.

I work from 1 Harley Street in London and for many years I have worked with clients online across the USA, UK & Asia. I also have an office in Crouch End, North London and run day workshops at a beautiful woodland retreat in Fife, Scotland.

I also coach and mentor Inspired Corporate Leadership. If this is you, do get in touch for more details.

How Long Does it Take?
Typically my clients see the results they want in between 3-5 sessions.  I also offer three or six month packages for those who want to go deeper into integrating these powerful changes into their life, relationships and work with Transformational Coaching.
