How I work:
When you work with me to achieve your goals, we work together. In the first session, (which can be up to 90 minutes) we do some information gathering. Don't worry, its not anything to fret over. We talk about what is going on for you, and where you want to get to. I believe this is an important step, because to succeed we need to be on the same page.
Extra Support: SOS Calls
Once you have completed the steps in the plan you will be equipped with the skills and knowledge for your old problem. But whilst you are on this journey, I provide extra support to you, either by email text or phone if needed. You are not just left alone when you leave the therapy room.

Boost Therapy is Brief Therapy
Most problems can be dealt with in between 4 to 6 sessions, so you are not committing yourself to overly long periods of time. Sessions are usually 1 week apart so that you can implement what we have done in session.

Free initial consultation by telephone - 20 minutes. A great opportunity for us to have a chat, and you can get to know me a little. I can answer any questions you have, and explain in more detail about hypnosis, and how sessions take place when we work together.

During our first session together we do some information gathering. This is just a chat, so that I can understand you and your situation better. You only share with me the information you feel comfortable sharing, but I do ask you to be honest. The better I understand your troubles the better I can tailor your sessions so that we can get the best work done in the most effective way for you. After that we discuss where you want to get to, your ideal outcome. This is so we can both agree and set goals to reach your end point. If we have goals we can measure our progress, and make sure we are keeping on track. If our goal changes on the way we can change our plans to suit. You then get to experience hypnosis, and you can expect to feel relaxed and enjoyable as we begin our journey together.
I provide additional support between sessions, and you can contact me via email, text or telephone. I will contact you mid point between our sessions to check in as standard. When we work together it is more than just in session, it is important to me that you have the support and encouragement needed. Your success is my success.

When I work
Appointments are available from 9.30am and the last appointment is 7.30pm Monday to Friday. Weekend Appointments are available. I do my best to be flexible to accommodate your requirements.
I am based in Enham Alamein, near Andover and this is easily accessible by car from Newbury, Salisbury, Basingstoke & Winchester, including surrounding villages.
On street parking is available, and my consulting room is located on the ground floor. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
