Life is dynamic and always moving forward. At different times in our lives, our focus is on different areas like, who am I, illnesses, relationship breakdown, work, low self-esteem, moving home, loss, loneliness, family situations, retirement.
Your sense of identity will change at every life stage and you can grow or become stuck.
Life stages can affect your environment, mindset and sometimes can affect your physical health.
We hold onto stress and tension in our muscles as well as our mind and verbally just releasing this tension may not be enough. Learning to release it from your body will allow new thoughts, experiences, and adventures in.
Working with the different techniques you can come to understand, forgive, love and release the extra baggage you no longer need or want to carry on your journey through the rest of your life.

Alongside my counselling practice, I work with people who have experienced domestic abuse; supporting them to break free from habits that have been forced on them. When working with anxiety we can learn the different faces it has, and you can develop coping strategies to deal with its faces personally and individually.
