March 2020 COVID-19 - to support you during this unprecedented time - video, Skype, FaceTime, What's App Video, Phone sessions available. Call to find out the offers available to you.

With nearly twenty years of experience for the release of anxiety, addictions, phobias, quitting smoking, fear of flying, weight loss, relationship issues, phobias and panic attacks, alcohol, cigarette, gambling and drug addictions.

Free telephone discovery consultation. Special offers available for a group booking of sessions.

Do you need support with addictions - alcohol abuse, cigarettes, food? Do you over-eat and need support with weight loss through gastric band hypnotherapy? Do you want to quit smoking? Do you feel anxious or stressed? Do you suffer from Panic Attacks or phobias?

My name is Kim and I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist and I believe that everyone has the power to make meaningful, positive changes.

Perhaps life has become stressful and overwhelming, or you would like to address issues such as smoking, drinking alcohol or overeating. I can help you to move away from negative thought patterns and behaviour and make lasting changes in your life.

How I work

We will begin with a free 20-minute discovery phone call, which will help to ensure that I am the right therapist for you.

Then, with your consent, we can work together to establish the best approach to give you the support you need.

In addition to hypnotherapy, I am trained in integrative counselling, yoga, reiki, and I have a master’s degree in using photography as a therapeutic tool.

This means that when you come to see me, we can choose to focus on hypnotherapy, or we may decide to integrate other approaches into our sessions together. We will create a personal therapy plan that will work for you. The aim is to support positive change from the negative patterns of thoughts, behaviours or coping mechanisms that we may develop.

Sessions with me are relaxed and informal. I will never judge you, I am only here to help you heal and make positive changes.

Together, we will work at your pace and you will learn a unique set of tools to help you cope with any challenges that may arise in the future.

Please contact me on 07809 124786 to arrange your free discovery call.

I offer face- to-face, telephone and Skype sessions, and I have Saturday appointments available.

Stress and anxiety in conjunction with these habits can have an impact on the physical body as well as the mind and it can result in the individual having physical symptoms that are consistent with Chronic Fatigue, M.E. and Fibromyalgia. The Art of Wellbeing offers a unique, personal support for Chronic Fatigue recoverers through the groundbreaking programme - ‘The Chrysalis Effect’.

Naturally, the practice is confidential and non-judgemental and is complementary to traditional medicine and not an alternative therapy. I always work alongside medical professionals.
