About me

I am a professionally-qualified Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering private therapy in Basildon and surrounding areas.

Hypnotherapy applies the technique of hypnosis to encourage your subconscious mind to help find solutions to problems, change thinking patterns and behaviour.

Hypnosis s a powerful technique that can help you to change negative beliefs and acheive your goals.  Hypnosis is natural, safe and effective and can allow you to reach a state of mind connected to deep relaxation.

I am passionate about working with my clients to help them to improve their lives so if you are looking for support and guidance to navigate your way through a challenging situation or are wanting to break unwanted habits and are ready to move in a new direction with your life then I look forward to working with you to allow you to achieve your goals.

If you would like an informal chat about what is bothering you, pick up the phone or text or e mail and we can talk about how I can help you, you CAN change your MIND.
