About me
Hello, my name is Kay and I offer Solution Focused Hypnotherapy where we focus on finding solutions, rather than dwelling on the past.
We all need a bit of help at certain times of our lives and I’m here to support you when you’re feeling in need of a helping hand to find your way forward to a brighter and happier future. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH)
What I love about SFH is that we look at what you want to achieve rather than on the problem that may have prompted you to seek change. It focuses on the present and the future and not on the past, empowering you to identify your ideal future and the small, practical steps you take towards it.
Lockdown has caused so many people to suffer with mental health problems and I am passionate about being able to help people find a way forward. I am DBS checked and have public liability insurance.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have more than 25 years’ experience working for the local authority in education, teaching and training with a special focus on working with young children with a range of special educational needs including autism and their families. I have also developed a personal interest in mental health over the years as a result of my own challenges and those of friends and family. Having a now grown up son with autism has taught me a huge amount about patience, resilience and the strengths we can discover within ourselves. Since I came across SFH, I have seen for myself how powerful and effective it can be in changing people’s lives for the better.

- Subsequent sessions £70
- Block booking of 4 sessions £250
