About me

Until June this year I was based in Northumberland and now I live in Gloucestershire where I work with clients globally, online and face-to-face.

Clients typically come to me for help to find their calm, confident, happiness as well as to heal specific problems. I especially like transformational work which focuses on removing barriers to wellbeing and installing new subconscious patterns. I work in the quantum fields using shamanic and other energy healing practices, so beautifully supported by hypnosis.

Some people wait until things get problematic before seeking help, while others are simply curious about how their minds and bodies work, consciously and unconsciously. I offer sessions that explore spirituality through different states of consciousness and track associated patterns for health. That may include exploring past lives.

I also run meditation and spiritual practise groups, educational programmes, certified trainings, and wellbeing workshops.

Being part of the international training team that assists Dr. Richard Bandler (founder of NLP) and Paul McKenna (celebrity hypnotist) keeps my hypnosis training at the leading edge. I'm also an author of several books:

I offer supervision for students of Happy Brain, NLP and hypnosis.

Whilst I work with all ages and often work interventionally/therapeutically, I'm most focused on working upstream to educate young minds and 'prevent' mental health problems. I have evolved a particularly strong reputation for working with families and coaching parents/carers to help their children and teenagers learn about their feelings, thinking and behaviours. My children's books are based on patterns of hypnosis for children and families.

I can work with you: 1:1 or in a couple; as a family; in small/med/large groups. I can bespoke wellbeing days to your needs.

The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Further information

I work with clients of all age groups from the nursery to the nursing home (including end of life care) but I do have a special interest in helping children and young adults to remove fears, phobias and unwanted behaviours and build new skills for thriving wellbeing.
