Most stubborn issues are best addressed at the level of the root cause, rather than symptoms
Many people try to resolve issues through conscious processes, attempting to address negative feelings, and unwanted behaviours or managing physical symptoms through logical reasoning or copying strategies.
While sometimes it may help, often the issue persists, despite your best efforts. I believe that lasting relief is best achieved by working at the root cause, residing in your subconscious mind.
Through clinical hypnotherapy and emotional analysis, we’ll find and tackle the root cause
Your mind carries all your previous experiences in the form of negative beliefs or even traumatic patterns. When they get triggered by external events, that leads to unwanted feelings or behaviours.
I specialise in working with your subconscious mind through deep, analytical, transformational hypnotherapy, where we identify those negative beliefs and patterns and remove them, so you can claim back your well-being and feel in control.
The process of therapy is structured to achieve the best results possible
How will we find those beliefs? The process of therapy is based on forming a hypothesis and reality testing it.
- CREATION: Anything and everything that you would come up with during the session is used to create a therapeutic hypothesis about the root cause of your issues. The formation of hypotheses in my sessions stems from my vast theoretical knowledge, thanks to my psychology degree and continued professional development.
- NARROWING DOWN: Once the hypothesis is created it is explored and condensed, from broad and general to very specific to you.
- TESTING: Then the hypothesis gets tested throughout the course of our work. If it proves to be true, the desired transformation happens there and then, if false – the search process continues: we go back to the previous step and take it from there.
- TRANSFORMATION: we’ll break down negative beliefs and experiences, using some most efficient and effective techniques that psycho or hypnotherapy offers; and for most traumatic experiences we’ll use EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), for faster relief.
- RESULTS: Usually any one issue consists of multiple elements, so the transformation is a step-by-step journey. However, even small changes accumulate and you’ll see improvement fairly soon into the course of therapy. The proof is in the pudding, and the ultimate test for the correct hypotheses is that your issues start disappearing in your daily life.
You already have the abilities you need for this type of therapy
Analysis and transformation are done using your feelings, associations, body sensations, and imagination. You don’t have to have a great memory or have any special abilities for deep trance, to be able to do this therapy.
Anyone who has ever found their car in a multi-storey car park (which is a combination of memory and imagination), can do that.
Your first step is to book a no-obligation initial consultation
You may have many more questions about the therapy process and how exactly I will be working with your issues, and how long it will take for you to notice results. Those questions are best discussed at the initial consultation, so I encourage you to book it through my website www.FullerLifeHypnosis.com/book.
If for whatever reason you are not ready to book just yet, you can save my profile by hitting the button on the right-hand side in the header of the profile, so you can easily find me next time.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) is a national professional body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the practice of hypnotherapy.
There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows.
Registration demands good quality training, ethical practice and adherence to a code of conduct.
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
