Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Individual Therapy Sessions – £ 65.00
These sessions are the therapeutic use of Clinical Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy delivered from a treatment plan created following the initial consultation. The session time is approximately 50-60 minutes. A CD / MP3 recording of the session is provided free of charge for self hypnosis purposes.
Smoking cessation – £ 180.00
Due to the nature of the ‘Quit 4 Life’ therapeutic process to achieve a lifelong cessation of the smoking habit this is a one-off session lasting approximately 120 minutes. Elements of the initial consultation are utilised within this session and a separate motivational CD / MP3 recording is included.
"Kate helped me at the end of my marriage get my confidence back and to stop me getting in the way of myself. She guided me to giving myself permission to move on and thrive. She assessed my needs, talked me through what I was to expect and was patient, kind and professional throughout. I heartily recommend anyone looking for a hypnotherapist to speak with Kate."
