About me

I studied hypnotherapy and psychotherapy at the Central England College of Clinical Hypnosis where I gained my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). I am fully qualified and experienced in the therapeutic application of Ericksonian Hypnosis, Solution Focussed Hypnosis and counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and Quit for Life smoking cessation. I have worked for a number of years in both the private sector and Local Authority and understand first hand the pressures of full-time employment and raising a family.

I specialise in the treatment of anxiety, stress, panic attacks, fears & phobias, limiting beliefs and unwanted habits.
