I am a hypnotherapist, coach, instructional designer, academic developer, meditation teacher and senior fellow of Higher Education Academy. I first encountered hypnosis when I was 12 years old, since then consciousness, philosophy of mind, Eastern philosophy, mindfulness meditation and hypnosis have become my true passion.
I completed my first hypnotherapeutic training in 2008 in Poland, where I learned hypnosis and hypnotherapy. It was then when I decided I want to work with people supporting them to fulfill their full potential and live the best life they can. Since then, I have never stopped learning and helping others. I am a committed individual and worked hard, which enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of hypnosis, psychology, psychotherapy and philosophy.
During my career, I had the privilege of working with world-renowned experts in a range of fields i.e. psychiatry, psychology, philosophy, physics, education, social work and many more at one of the best universities in the world. I had the privilege to work on some ground-breaking programmes of study e.g. MSc in Mental Health, a programme that aims to qualify a new generation of mental health workers to support the needs of most disadvantaged people around the globe.
I offer a range of services that can support you on your journey, please browse through my website to find out more information about me, my values and my services.
I hope you find everything you are looking for. I would love to hear from you should you decide to take the next step on your journey.
