I have been crippled with anxiety for many years, which has had a negative impact on my work and social life. I can honestly say I have no more anxiety, I go to work and am no longer flustered and panicked by what could go wrong, I am in the here and now which is exactly where I need to be. Karen is very easy to talk to and very understanding, I had one session and I am amazed at the results my life has totally changed for the better. Anyone suffering anxiety should not suffer in silence as help is there and I highly recommend Karen to anyone thinking of getting help.

Before working with Karen I was experiencing neck pain. I was taking painkillers and my sleep was disturbed because of the pain. I had seen physiotherapists in the past and got temporary relief. I attended one short session I was pain free straight after the treatment. I couldn't believe how this neck pain that had been a problem for two months was suddenly gone in one session. It felt like it was too good to be true and I waited to see if it returned. It has not... and now I am pain free and so relieved. Thank you so much Karen for your rapid results. I would recommend anyone with chronic pain to see Karen. She is professional, compassionate and a truly gifted practitioner.

I had the great privilege of meeting Karen after the sudden loss of my son. I was dealing with overwhelming sadness, anxiety, guilt and anger. Karen instantly put me at ease with her calm and caring energy from the start, offering me the kindness and space I needed, during our sessions. There is no rushing with Karen or a feeling like you are taking up too much of her time. Karen is a truly knowledgeable professional therapist, going that extra mile to ensure that I felt at ease during my sessions. What I love most about Karen is her gentle way and ability to help release negative and toxic emotions from the body quickly, through the use of her professional techniques. Thank you Karen, you have helped me more than you know. I am truly grateful. Recommend 100%

I am coping a lot better now and I wanted to say a massive thank you for all your help. You played a big part in getting me better, just as much as my doctors and I’m so glad and grateful I found you.

Karen was so welcoming and friendly and easy to talk to. She does so many types of treatments and she knows just what to do to help. We worked on a pain I've had for years where it felt like I had something pushing into my back. One session with Karen and the pain has gone! Definitely recommend having a chat with her go see what can work for you in any area of your life.

Karen is understanding and caring with clients and family's. She can also identify their personal needs in her sessions. She is very passionate at what she does and is very recommendable with no hesitation. Thank you Karen!

Karen is a highly professional and knowledgeable therapist. She has a very caring nature and puts you completely at ease when you meet her.

Karen has a very calming approach. She really understands what her clients are going through

Karen is a natural at putting people at ease and understanding their concerns. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her due to her wealth of knowledge and diligent work ethic.

I highly recommend Karen as a caring and sensitive practitioner

I contacted Karen as I had a panic attack on the Dartford Bridge 8 years ago. Since then my anxiety escalated onto motorways and all dual carriageway ways. It had a massive impact on my life, given 5 years ago I moved from Kent to Essex, which meant the freedom of driving back to see family and friends was a problem. I contacted Karen and she introduced me to EFT. I had a few sessions and one hypnotherapy session. Then for the first time in 8 years I drove over the bridge and have now numerous times. I have finally beaten this. Karen was kind, patient and I felt as though I could open up and tell her anything. You have truly changed my life Karen and I can’t thank you enough.

Karen is an excellent therapist. She is highly knowledgeable in her field and uses different techniques to resolve the issue quickly, in this case, anxiety. Highly recommended.

I have worked with Karen recently and she's a talented and empathic therapist. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I can recommend Karen highly. She is very professional and understanding and aims to resolve issues rapidly.

A life-changing journey of self-discovery and realisation, which has left me with emotional freedom and inner strength. I am very grateful to Karen for my therapy and for giving me the tools to help myself calm my emotional traumas. Highly recommend this lady.

Karen Peters is a truly extraordinary therapist with an enormously wide range of skills to assist her in helping her clients. She has a very gentle and warm approach, attaining just the right balance of friendliness with professionalism. Karen helped me through a very difficult year in 2019 with my problems with grief and anxiety. For anyone who is suffering emotionally, in any way, they really should see Karen, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Karen gave me exactly the help I needed. She was intuitive and realistic, and helped me to overcome an emotional barrier that felt overwhelming. For me, the great benefit was that I didn't need to talk and explain myself. Thank you Karen xx

After just my first initial session I spent with Karen I have felt results within myself and new ways to deal with my anxiety. Karen instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable and even with our session being done via livestream I still felt comfortable. Very professional but also makes it feel informal ‘In a good way’ which makes you feel like you are speaking to someone who cares. Highly recommend anyone who is going through any struggle to reach out to Karen as I did - the first step is always the hardest.
