About me

I first came into contact with hypnotherapy many years ago when I used it to stop smoking, but at the time I never considered the impact this wonderful tool may be able to have on the issues I had in other areas of my life. It was only during my second pregnancy, when I went for hypno-birthing sessions, that I began to realise the transformation that was occurring in my whole demeanor as a result of these calming, reassuring messages I was receiving.

Since then, I have used hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis and affirmation work to help overcome my long term clinical depression, anxiety, panic attacks and emotional eating. They are all now gone. Forever.

I have faced a great variety of issues and challenges in my life. I have sat where you are sitting now. I have had those thoughts and those feelings. I turned to hypnotherapy and it’s changed my life. I want to help you feel as good and positive about your life as I do now … I know that you can.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) awarded by the NCFE and recognised by the National Council of Hypnotherapy as their gold standard qualification, as well as a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (Distinction), Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Clinical NLP Practitioner qualification.

I also work for the National Council of Hypnotherapy part time.

I am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the Complimentary National Healthcare Council (CNHC) and have undergone an enhanced DBS check.

Alongside my own practice I also see clients at the South East Cancer Help Centre as part of the charity's support programme.
