You probably want to know what I'm going to do to help you. I can't answer this, for one simple reason - I haven't met you yet. Cognitive Hypnotherapy is so effective because it is completely client-focussed. How you 'do' your anxiety, stress, phobias or any other issues will be totally individual to you and so the work we do together will be precisely tailored to you too.
This is a fancy way of saying we work together. I'm on your side and I'll give you the tools you need to help you live the life you want. But it is up to you to use them, to take responsibility. I take a 'root and branch' approach. I can give you techniques to help you cope (the branch) or together we can get to the root of the problem, find out what's really going on and I'll help you to fix it.
