We all need a little extra help and support at certain times in our lives, and I believe that there is the right support out there for everyone. Whether it is to make positive changes in your life, deal with personal distress, or finally put to rest some of those fears and phobias, I am ready with a listening ear to work with you and come up with a plan to bring about the changes you desire.

I have been in private practice for over 25 years and during that time have had a wide and varied experience treating many clients to help alleviate symptoms, promote feelings of well-being and bring about positive changes to their lives.
Over the years, I have added new therapies, tools and techniques to build on my knowledge, thus enabling me to work with you to create a bespoke treatment plan to meet your individual needs, bringing resolutions. Working holistically, I assess and look at your whole body, mind and lifestyle to ascertain the best plan.
