About me

We all need a little extra help and support at certain times in our lives, and I believe that there is the right support out there for everyone. Wether it is to make positive changes in your life, deal with personal distress, or finally put to rest some of those fears and phobias, I am ready with a listening ear to work with you and come up with a plan to bring about the changes you desire.

I offer a free no obligation consultation to see how best I can help you. From my experience and different training techniques, I can work with you to draw up a personalised treatment plan to suit your individual needs.

I have been in private practice for over 20 years, and during that time have had a wide and varied experience treating many clients to help alleviate symptoms, promote feelings of well-being, and bring about positive changes to their lives.

Over the years I have added new therapies, tools and techniques to build on my knowledge, thus enabling me to work with you, to create a bespoke treatment plan to meet your individual needs, a bringing about resolutions. Working holistically I assess and look at your whole body, mind and lifestyle, to ascertain the best plan.
