Kam Gillar. MSc in CBT, PGDip in Hypnotherapy. HPD.
Is there something in your life you want to change? Do you feel lost, unable to get on with your life? Are you looking to conquer a fear, break a habit, make a change in your life or simply want to manage the stresses of everyday life.
I practice using a holistic approach rooted in Cognitive Hypnotherapy , NLP, Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy.
Each and every client I meet is different, your needs and solutions are all different. I offer a tailor made program designed to meet your needs and take you to a place in your life where you want to be.
My passion is to help people overcome the problems in their lives that are stopping them from being who they truly want to be. Therapy is often a period of self discovery where you become aware of how negative beliefs are previously restricting your life, allowing you to relearn positive thought processes and discover positive inner resources.
I offer a confidential, professional and caring service. Please contact me to arrange an appointment. If you would like to discuss your needs or would like more information without any obligation, please do not hesitate to contact me on 07502396676 or email me : Click Here.
