Hi, my name is Juliette, As a Fully Qualified Master Practitioner of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP. I combine the best of cutting edge, solution focused therapy with an evidence-based form of hypnotherapy to help with a wide range of conditions. I work with the pick of the most modern therapies focusing on the very best techniques, borrowing ideas from CBT, PTSD, Gestault, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Theory, NLP, Hypnosis to name but a few.
I am also tirelessly researching, new effective therapies. I can flex, mold and blend, therapies from across the globe,inspired by helping my clients find the difference that makes all the difference to them.
Some people are spiritual, some firmly have their feet on the ground, some need space to talk others want a conversation or techniques to take home with them, many clients find Hypnotherapy and NLP based ‘WordweavingTM' extremely relaxing and effective.
Its whatever works for you I want you to feel totally safe and relaxed to explore what ever resources you have. You will not be forced to divulge any personal events if you are uncomfortable with this, our relationship is built on trust and consent. Its important that you feel I am the right therapist for you, I therefore invite you to have a chat with me first, so you get an idea of what to expect from our sessions and make an informed decision.
My focus is on working with you to discover together what you need to become the agent of your own success. If other therapies (including Hypnotherapy) have not helped, that is not a problem, As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist I have many tools in my toolbox and am trained to use your past experiences to help utilise what does and doesn't work for you to help you move forward. With me there is no failure only feedback.

About Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Some Hypnotherapists work from a one size fits all set of scripts and though this may be helpful for some, I use words taken from your own language patterns, in a process known as ‘WordweavingTM’. This focuses on how your unconscious works best to accept suggestions made to it. My therapy does rely on your willingness to practice techniques given to you and be open to new concepts because it is your feedback that I use to tailor the therapy to you.

I am privileged to be a certified member of the NCH, QCHPA and CNHC which means I am fully qualified and regulated by bodies that ensure my work reaches the very best standards. Membership requires me to update my skills to give you the most cutting edge therapy whilst working to a strict code of ethics.
Training, qualifications & experience
I can’t express enough how important it is to find a qualified, fully registered and insured therapist.
When considering who to train with, I researched diligently and ensured I was trained by what I consider to be the best. I was taught directly with the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and the creator of the ‘Wordweaving TM’ Technique, Trevor Silvester at the Prestigious Quest Institute based at Regents Park University. I received an HPD, Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy have also obtained Master Practitioner status and am a Certified Practitioner of NLP.
I am also qualified as a Secondary School, Adult Education Teacher which gave me the skills to present workshops usually in anti-workplace bullying, confidence & relationship building. I can also adapt my skills to work with children.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
National Council for Hypnotherapy
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

My Therapy Room
Come and visit me in a relaxed non-clinical environment. My garden room is a wonderful place to relax, with log burner, blankets and cushions for your comfort.
Tea & biscuits is provided (please let me know of any food allergies in advance)
There are wonderful walks on the doorstep to give you time to ponder on what we have covered in our session should you so wish.
There is on-road parking nearby (sorry there is no waiting room facility available).
