About Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Some Hypnotherapists work from a one size fits all set of scripts and though this may be helpful for some, I use words taken from your own language patterns, in a process known as ‘WordweavingTM’. This focuses on how your unconscious works best to accept suggestions made to it. When you have Cognitive Hypnotherapy, you can be rest assured that this is an evidence based form of Hypnotherapy (for further information visit http://www.emeraldinsight.com/doi/10.1108/MHRJ-08-2014-0030.
My therapy does rely on your willingness to practice techniques given to you and be open to new concepts because it is your feedback that I use to tailor the therapy to you.

Training, qualifications & experience
I can’t express enough how important it is to find a qualified, fully registered and insured therapist.
When considering who to train with, I researched diligently and ensured I was trained by what I consider to be the best. I was taught directly with the founder of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and the creator of the ‘Wordweaving TM’ Technique, Trevor Silvester at the Prestigious Quest Institute based at Regents Park University. I received an HPD, Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy have also obtained Master Practitioner status and am a Certified Practitioner of NLP.
I am also qualified as a Secondary School, Adult Education Teacher which gave me the skills to present workshops usually in anti-workplace bullying, confidence & relationship building. I can also adapt my skills to work with children.

“Having suffered with sleeping problems for years, I was somewhat sceptical regarding the cognitive hypnotherapy process. However, Juliette made me feel extremely at ease and the garden room studio had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Upon completion of the four sessions with Juliette, I feel I have been equipped with the necessary tools to assist me in continuing the process alone, my mindset has been altered for the better throughout the sessions with continued and noticeable improvements, not only with my sleep but also in my day to day life. If it is that for whatever reason I am not managing to sleep, I can now deal with it without getting stressed, which used to be a huge problem for me.
I can honestly say my hypnotherapy sessions have helped me enormously and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Juliette’s services.”
– Anne, 58, Nursery Nurse
“I had real problems with anxiety and suffered for many years thinking about what people thought about me. Juliette has helped me build my confidence with other people and I feel now that situations that used to make me scared now make me excited to challenge what I once thought impossible, I can’t believe I actively now seek out situations that once filled me with dread. I can’t express how much difference this has made to my life in work and in social gatherings I used to avoid.
I would therefore highly recommend Juliette, if you have a part of you, you want to change go and see her.”
– Catherine, 32, Receptionist
"“I have mindlessly and compulsively overeaten all my adult life. Just three sessions with Juliette, over six weeks, helped me understand why I overeat and truly believe that I no longer need to. I’m now able to better cope with the underlying feelings and make emotionally and physically healthier choices.”
