My name is Julie, I am a qualified hypnotherapist and I specialised in helping people who struggle with any form of anxiety and with people who experience difficulties with stopping a habit.
I came to London from France in 2012, and I chose Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy because it brings together interests in goal focused therapy, creative imagination and psychology.
I have focused on an entirely Evidence-Based Approach and my practice is also informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness perspectives.
My purpose is to help you shift to the best version of yourself, a version that is calm, confident, courageous, happy and full of potential.
I offer a flexible, solution-based approach, where we will work as a team to resolve the issues you bring to therapy.
I am trained in helping people in areas such as low mood, stress, specific phobias, smoking cessation, habits and fears, social anxiety, work related stress, low self-esteem and low confidence.
My cozy studio is located in Colindale NW9, North London.
