About me

If you really want to make that change in your life or help with particular issues let's work together to achieve your goal.

I am a qualified hypnotherapist and I work in the Hythe area. I work from home in an honest and open manner, with all issues remaining confidential.

How to get started?

Before coming to see me it's usually helpful to have a no obligation phone call, when you can tell me a little more about what you would like help with and I can answer any questions you may have. If you decide to come and see me you will have up to an hour sitting relaxing in a comfortable chair, time just for YOU.

I have a long background in social work and am therefore able to communicate and discuss matters easily.

I became a great fan of hypnotherapy when I used it myself for driving test nerves and found it very effective. I passed my next test (number 13!). Helping someone to rid themselves of these nerves is something I particularly enjoy.

I have also qualified as a KG Hypnobirthing Teacher. I am looking forward to helping pregnant women enjoy a fear free birth. A calm labour and birth produces a calm and relaxed baby. Awesome. Happy to discuss further.

Hypnotherapy enables me to reach all ages and have helped those between the ages of 6-87 so far! I work with people from all backgrounds in a useful manner. Do call me in order that I can allay any of your fears and answer any questions you may have.

Anxiety & Exam Nerves

Hi Julie, it's - . I've been meaning to text you for a few weeks, but everything has been very hectic. I'm sure you'll be pleased to know I'm graduating in September, with a first class degree!! Thank you so much for all of your help and support. At one time I thought I wouldn't even finish university, let alone be graduating with a first class degree! I will never be able to thank you enough for all you've done for me xx

Fear Of Flying

Hi, back safe and sound and really pleased with myself as I didn't take any medication, thanks for your help. C

Fear Of Mice

I had two sessions with Julie as I have suffered with a life long fear of rodents. I have two kittens who are excellent hunters, and I work from home so something had to be done! Before seeing Julie, I couldn't be in the same room as mice or rat. After my first session I was able to pick up a dead mouse and take it out of the house. Having had two sessions, I am now able to be in the same room as a live mouse, open the door calmly and let it escape for freedom! I would highly recommend seeing Julie to overcome anything that's stopping you being the best you can be! H

Driving Test Nerves

Hi Julie it's - . Just wanted to say thanks for the hypnotherapy. It clearly worked as I passed! N
