About me
Hello, my name is Julie
I'm a fully qualified and accredited Hypnotherapist that creates a friendly, safe and completely confidential environment for each and every client. I passionately believe in looking after the body and mind as a whole.
I work with adults, young people and couples; helping them to identify and understand self limiting behaviours, emotions, relationship issues, fears/phobias, trauma or anxieties that they may be experiencing in their day to day lives.
My integrated therapy approach includes skills in TFT (Thought Field Therapy, which is an effective psychotherapy tool for coping strategies, helping with trauma, PTSD, stress, anxiety and many other issues), and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming, a technique that studies the way our thoughts affect our behaviour).
As a ProQuit Cessation Practitioner, I also offer a structured six-week hypnotherapy programme with support and resources to help my clients take that first step on the pathway to a healthier, brighter and more positive future.
Other holistic therapies I offer within my practice are Reiki and combination therapy sessions, which can be tailored to each individual client, providing them with a complete body and mind healing experience.
I work from my home in North Norfolk situated close to Cromer but just 25 minutes from the city of Norwich and on a good public transport route.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
