About me

My career as a health care professional has expanded over 36 years in dentistry (providing dental hygiene) and more recently in hypnotherapy/psychotherapy. I am passionate about helping people quit smoking and keen to help people overcome their fears especially dental phobics. I have a keen interest in helping people make positive lifestyle changes by working with different therapeutic approaches and "believe that not one size fit all". Therefore, all my sessions are tailor made for the individual for their presenting difficulties.

On our initial contact, I will take basic details from you and then book an appointment which is convenient for you (Headcorn therapy room). I do provide therapy using social platforms (Zoom and Skype) which can be advantageous for most clients who are unable to travel.

During the first consultation I will take further details and give you a little taster of what hypnosis is like. I will then formulate a treatment plan and inform you of how many sessions may be needed to help you.

I currently provide discounts for block bookings, members of British Forces and Veterans, National Health Service and Emergency workers.
