About me

Senior Accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and Transpersonal Psychotherapist with many years of experience working with symptom related issues such as IBS, sleeplessness, anxiety based issues, weight loss, fear and phobias as well as relationship and personal challenges.

Working with the unconscious mind is highly effective for those who need help at a deep level. We all have, at different times, experienced problems, whether they are physical, emotional or just unexplainable mental blocks. Hypnotherapy offers enormous relief and helps people cope with their situation. Hypnotherapy is a gentle way of connecting with your deeper self, the part of you that helps you in all sorts of situations. It is safe, non-invasive and highly effective for helping reduce the symptoms of illness you are experiencing.

Having had a career in healthcare since the late 1980’s, I would love to share my experience and help you too. So, if you would like to find out more about me and how I can help, please contact me.

The General Hypnotherapy Register

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
