About me
Hi, I am Julie…
I am an Analytical Hypnotherapist. My Qualification is in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
Analytical Hypnotherapy is an intuitive led style of Hypnotherapy pulling together many facets of therapy to support you as the client. Not everyone responds to the same style so with this therapy it can be adapted to individual needs.
Extreme reactions to events today can be a result of stored trauma from our earlier years, and may have adverse effects on our present day lives. Using this type of hypnosis in a session can enable us to reconnect, acknowledge and release that trauma.
The initial appointment is to gather information about you and the situation you need support with followed by an introductory relaxation session.
Hypnotherapy can support you with:
- Anxieties
- Stress
- Panic
- OCD
- Fears and Phobias
- Irrational and overwhelming thoughts
- Releasing emotional blockages or limiting thoughts
- Habit s such as Eating and smoking
- Support for Exam or Test anxiety.
As Hypnotherapy tends to be more than one session I do offer a reduction in price for anyone block booking and 20% discount, (on full price services) for N.H.S. service people and carers on the production of the relevant I.D.
Sessions to be paid for 48 hours prior to the appointment or with a pre paid course, have at least one session left.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Reiki and Energy teacher, Bach Flower practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Spiritual life coach. Most of my days are spent supporting people in a nurturing environment.
I enjoy welcoming people in person or on Zoom whichever you feel comfortable with.
My hypnotherapy qualification is in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I also enjoy using techniques such as creative and regression Hypnotherapy.

Additional information
My Initial session fee is £95 this is approx an hour and a half.
Subsequent sessions are £75 these sessions are approx 50 minutes
Block booking discounts are available on my website

My Diary is flexible. If you let me know your availability we can find a time that is mutually convenient.
