About me

I work mainly with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and confidence. Problems in these areas can cause people to limit their lives, waste their potential and miss out on many opportunities. I use a variety of approaches including hypnotherapy, EFT (emotional freedom technique), NLP, relaxation exercises and counselling to help clients explore their attitudes and feelings. Several sessions of therapy incorporating these techniques can help people to feel calmer, more focused and more confident about themselves and what they want out of life. I also teach clients self-hypnosis so they can take charge of their lives and feel empowered when our sessions have finished.

Further information

I worked in publishing and journalism for 20 years in London and Greece. When I moved back to England from abroad I decided on a career change and was attracted to hypnotherapy. I have been interested in hypnosis and psychotherapy for many years. I still write from time to time but my main interest now is helping people to harness their inner resources for change and healing.

If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.
