About me

As an experienced trainer, teacher and client centred therapist I am able to offer confidential and personalised therapy based on your needs. This will have a quick and positive impact on your life.

As an advanced clinical hypnotherapist I adopt an integrative approach in order to address any particular issue you are currently trying to deal with.

My areas of expertise include issues such as anxiety at work, work performance, weight management, pain relief for MS and PTSD.

I also offer a successful smoking cessation programme and a programme specifically designed for both students and  staff in education. This has been developed from pilot research at a top 20 university

Hypnotherapy for you

I offer a free initial consultation that is focused on your needs and will provide you with an idea of how the therapy will work.

You will have the opportunity then to reflect on this with no obligation before proceeding. Please email  in the first instance.

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
