About me

I have been working in the wellness field for over 30 years, supporting my clients to achieve a more calm, confident, positive outlook on life and better able to deal with stress and anxiety.

Using hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), breath work and other self-help guidance, my aim is to provide my clients with a toolbox of skills they can draw on to support them in achieving a life free from anxiety, unwanted habits and behaviours.

You will find that confidence, self-esteem and self-belief naturally grow through the process and that you have a more positive outlook on life. When these changes are made many good things become possible for you.

This isn't just a quick fix for a current problem, what I offer is support and coaching to provide a self-help toolbox that will take you from your current situation to a brighter, happier future, with the ability to apply what you have learned to any other situations in the future.

I have a small client base, as I wish to offer a personalised service and continued support on your healing journey.
