Joanne Britton Hypnotherapist Specialising in Helping Clients Overcome Anxiety
How I can Help You Overcome Anxiety
I specialise in helping you to overcome anxiety with one to one therapy, which includes a range of therapeutic tools including Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Rapid Cognitive Processing, NLP, Rewind Technique, Kinetic Shift Therapy, IEMT and Mindfulness.
My six week course "Keep Calm and Beat Anxiety" has been created to help you to overcome anxiety for good. Six one to one sessions, your own collection of bespoke MP3 downloads to re-wire your anxious mind and build confidence, and full support from me to help you to overcome fears, phobias, social anxiety, insomnia, generalised anxiety, panic disorder and other anxiety related symptoms. This course gives you clarity on the true nature of anxiety and its causes, a deeper understanding of yourself and a box of therapeutic "tools" that will be yours for life.
Please contact me on 0203 319 7858 if you would like to arrange a free 30 minute phone consultation, which I offer to all prospective clients to answer any questions you may have before booking in for a course of treatment. You can also email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
What to Expect From Your First Session
Hypnosis is an entirely natural state of being, something we all access around 6-7 times a day. Daydreaming, imagining a possible future, reading an absorbing novel, or watching a captivating film are all hypnotic experiences. When you are singularly focused and anything outside of your inner experience does not distract you from that experience, you are in a state of hypnosis.
This means that everyone can enjoy the benefits of hypnosis, and you can rest assured that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. During your first session, we will spend time talking, so that I can really gain clear insight into what you need to create the changes you desire. Then you will learn how to access the deeply relaxed state of inner focus which is hypnosis, so that you can access it when you need it, giving you the confidence that you are always in control of the deeper part of you.
Hypnosis can be described as a 'learning zone' and it is the job of a hypnotherapist to enhance, deepen and enrich your hypnotic experience, along with offering you positive, tried and test methods to create the change that you desire.

My fees for hypnotherapy are £75 a session. Each session is for one hour, with the exception of the initial appointment which is an hour and a half. You will receive your own personally created MP3 hypnosis download to listen to in between our sessions which really does help to support the changes you are making and enriches the hypnotic experience.
I offer all clients a free 30 minute telephone consultation, where we can discuss your needs and I can explain how hypnosis can help you. If you wish to then proceed and book in, I will advise on how many sessions you will need and begin work to create your individual treatment plan.
Block booking is recommended, and I do offer a fee of £395 for six sessions with a deposit paid before your first appointment, saving you money and ensuring a high level of commitment. This is particularly important for evening bookings as my evening appointments are more in demand, block booking secures your evening slot.
You can pay for your treatment in cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card.
