About me

Joanna is certified by the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and a member of EMDR UK. A resolute optimist, she believes change is always possible and that given the right skills, resources and encouragement, everyone can improve their situation for the better.

Qualified to treat a wide range of issues and conditions, her mission is to empower clients to take greater control of their lives and improve their wellbeing in a safe, supportive environment.

In keeping with the current zeitgeist for personalised medicine, treatment programmes are customized for each individual client. She takes an evidence-based approach whenever possible and aims to complete each therapy plan in as few sessions as is feasible.

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
