My caseload is extremely varied. The majority of clients I see are seeking help with some form of anxiety related condition. I also treat a lot of people for habit modification issues, including those related to eating, drinking and smoking.
In addition, I offer hypnobirthing and sleep enhancement sessions.
Every client's situation is unique.Tell me what you want help with, and I will be happy to discuss whether it is something I can usefully work with you on changing or improving. Alternatively, I will do my best to point you in another direction.
