I am an integrative clinical hypnotherapist and coach, based in London, UK & also online-based (which is increasingly popular and just as effective), with over ten years of experience in practice. I Have a Dhp In Clinical Hypnotherapy, MNLP in Coaching & Timeline Therapy, I am qualified in Relational Dynamic and Culture at Work Coaching and a trainer in Resilience & Creative Flow.
In my practice I have a tailored, non-judgmental, integrative approach, blending clinical hypnosis, contemporary coaching methods and NLP with experience and compassion, this enables my clients to gain self learning and grow towards their goals. I work with clients to decrease anxiety, become unstuck and make positive changes in life; in career, relationship, health and wellness, personal growth, achievements and goals.

Life can throw us curve balls and challenges, and sometimes we feel a bit stuck even though we have a feeling there is more out there for us, or something we want to do, change or improve. We can feel anxious, unclear, unmotivated or unsure how to take a step forward or we may fear failure or even success.
With guidance these moments can become a learning opportunity, with a little help we can heal anxiety, and move into self compassion, self knowledge, growth and change. Progressing through from healing to growth like this is a searching and creative process and it is invaluable to collaborate with a therapist/ coach as you explore your journey.
I integrate hypnotherapy with coaching and NLP/Timeline work depending on your needs.
I combine coaching tools such as meaningful inquiry and deep active listening, with hypnotherapy, to get to the heart of the matter that you bring. The work we do together is about you, your deep desires, the whole range of your emotions and the inner resources you bring with you, and through the work we do together you can strengthen your self compassion and fan the fire in your belly to live with love, passion and growth.
When I work with hypnotherapy, this involves hypnosis - experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with a heightened attention or focus. When you are stressed, anxious or on high alert, your mind is operating in the high beta waves, hypnosis takes you down through the alpha waves and into your theta waves where relaxation and using visual language means you can access your subconscious mind, change patterns and plant the seeds of achievement...
...and as a one or two off session, if you want to quit smoking it's ideally placed to assist you.
What is Timeline Therapy® and how can it help?
Created by Dr. Tad James, Time Line Therapy® has become widely known as a very effective method of creating comfortable and lasting changes in your life. Timeline Therapy works with learning from and releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs that arose in your past and still effect you in unhelpful ways. Getting to the root cause of the negative emotion or limiting belief (which could be way before you even remember) and gathering new learnings helps you to create changes in your life for the better.

I became a coach and hypnotherapist because of a personal passion for learning and growth, this combines with a desire to enable people to be kind to themselves and others, to assist growth and self-learning, and to increase individual and community potential.
I believe we have an innate self knowledge deep within us, we can know and act on this but it gets a little hard to tap into and stuck sometimes and thats where working with another person can enable you to move past the stuckness.

Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
