Life can throw us curve balls and challenges, and sometimes we feel a bit stuck even though we know there is something we want to do, change or improve. We can feel unclear, unmotivated or unsure how to go about it or we may fear failure or even success.
With guidance these moments can become opportunities, 'with a little nudge' we can accelerate into learning, growth and change. Progressing through a growth spurt like this is a creative process and it can be invaluable to collaborate with a coach as you explore your potential.
I am an accredited Relational Dynamic and Culture at Work Coach & a master practitioner of NLP Coaching.
As your coach I combining coaching tools such as asking meaningful questions, deep active listening, and provocations, to get to the heart of the matter that you bring. The work we do together is about you, your deep desires, the whole range of your emotions and the inner resources you bring with you, and through the work we do together you can strengthen the fire in your belly to get out there and do that thing!
I often utilise hypnotherapy in my sessions, and if you want to quit smoking it's ideal. Hypnosis involves experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with a heightened attention or focus. When you are stressed or on high alert, your mind is operating in the high beta waves, hypnosis takes you down through the alpha waves and into your theta waves where relaxation and using visual language means you can access your subconscious mind, change patterns and plant the seeds of achievement.
What is Timeline Therapy® and how can it help?
Created by Dr. Tad James, Time Line Therapy® has become widely known as a very effective method of creating comfortable and lasting changes in your life. Timeline Therapy works with learning from and releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs that arose in your past and still effect on you in unhelpful ways. Getting to the root cause of the negative emotion or limiting belief (which could be way before you even remember) and gathering new learnings helps you to create changes in your life for the better.

I became a coach and hypnotherapist because of my passion for learning and growth, and the desire to help others learn and grow to their full potential.
Change happens with focus, belief and hard work. We have an innate self knowledge deep within us, we can know and act on what we need. It just gets a little stuck sometimes and thats where working with another person can enable you to move past the stuckness. I have a deep desire to enable this learning in others to assist people to heal and re-ignite their passions and aims in life.
In my practice I have a non-judgmental, integrative approach, blending clinical hypnosis, contemporary coaching methods and NLP with an intuitive nature, creativity, experience and tenacity, this enables my clients to gain great results. I'll work with you to make positive changes in your life; your career, relationship, health and wellness, personal growth, achievements and goals.
