For as far back as I can remember I always felt like there was an invisible, impenetrable barrier in my life. Despite having had a successful career in the charity sector, I felt like a fraud for many years. I held limiting beliefs about myself, resulting in anxiety, depression, addictions and self-sabotage. These thoughts and feelings held me back in all aspects of my life and impacted my happiness and well-being.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy changed everything for me. It works by giving you a fresh perspective of yourself, and the events that have happened to you.
I am now on a mission to help others create the life they want, free from limitations, and embracing challenges and opportunities. I want my clients to be able to live a happier, freer, more connected life.
Why? Because I have experienced this change myself and I want to be able to open that sense of freedom and possibility up to others.
This isn't just about your career. It's about anyone who feels there is a block in their life, including but not limited to: Anxiety, addictions, limiting beliefs, phobias and anything else that is getting in your way.

Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
From £150.00 to £1,500.00
Free initial in-person or online session
Before I work with any client we have a free consultation call to see if you would like to work with me. During this call, we will start discussing a plan of action that is best suited to you.
My prefered way of working is to offer a one-month or a three-month immersive course of therapy rather than a string of single sessions.
I work in this way because I know that real therapeutic change is rarely achieved through ad-hoc meetings.
Rather it requires a deep immersion into the unconscious mind - to understand the motivations, thought patterns and behaviours that comprise any one issue.
