About me
I work with anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, fears, eating habits, grief and more. I offer a free initial telephone consultation to discuss how I can help and if we can work together.
Hypnotherapy can help with many issues and gives you the tools to help yourself,also helping to build self esteem and confidence in the belief that you can make those changes happen.
I especially enjoy working with phobias and seeing people be able to overcome something that has affected their lives for months or often years. Phobias are a learned behaviour, what we learn can also be unlearned and usually very quickly.
Hypnotherapy helped me with a phobia myself and after seeing how quickly and effectively it worked, I now enjoy helping others to overcome theirs and see what a difference it can make in their lives.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 25 years experience working in early years and find this has helped within my practice working with young children, teenagers and adults. More recently I have experienced working with teenagers alot and find using hypnotherapy can really help with their anxiety problems.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

I am available certain weekdays and Saturdays between 9-5. I occasionally do home visits if necessary.The room I use is unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users

I work with Adults, teenagers and children. Working from a therapy room inside Leeds Complimentary Osteopaths, on Otley road, offering face to face appointments and I also offer online zoom sessions.
