About me

I am a qualified and registered practitioner in hypnotherapy, registered with the GHSC.

I work with Adults, teenagers and children for many different issues including Anxiety, phobias, fears, behavioural issues, eating habits etc.

My background is in early years and more recently i have worked with teenagers, I combine the knowledge from this within my hypnotherapy practice and find that having this experience really helps when working with these age groups as well as working with adults. I work with alot of teenagers for anxiety problems and find it can help them immensely on working through their issues. There is alot of pressure these days regarding exams and their future etc which hypnotherapy can help with.

I especially like working with people with phobias and seeing them overcome something that can have affected their lives sometimes for years, it helped me myself with a phobia I'd had since childhood of spiders, after having Hypnotherapy myself and seeing how quickly it worked and how effective it was I now enjoy helping other people to overcome theirs and see what a difference it can make in their lives too.

I also work in all other areas of hypnotherapy as well,

smoking cessation

Weight loss

Past life regression

Inner child healing

I  am based in Otley and work from a therapy room in West park Leeds offering face to face appointments and online zoom sessions.

The General Hypnotherapy Register

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
