The versatility of hypnotherapy is what I love- it can help with nearly everything. This means I can assist more people either to overcome something such as a phobia or bad habit. But it also means I can help people gain something such as more confidence, assertiveness or control.
The possibilities for hypnotherapy seem endless and it can help you which is why I would encourage you to get in contact soon. You're here looking because your subconscious wants you to get some assistance with attaining your goal. The sooner you start your hypnotherapy journey, the sooner you will reach it. You have the power to do this and I would love to help you succeed.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with Chrysalis alongside some brilliant practitioners. Since then I have enjoyed working with people who wanted help with a range of challenges including; ceasing to eat dairy, gaining confidence, addressing past issues, overcoming anxiety attacks, feeling more assertive as well as some more classic scenarios such as ceasing to smoke and losing weight.
I enjoy assisting people in addressing something that is of concern to them. Personalising a series of sessions to a person's individual needs is an enjoyable process and key to ensuring our work together is a success. It is incredibly rewarding to see the change in a client after just a few sessions and I am confident I can support you with whatever your situation may be.
