About me

The versatility of hypnotherapy is what I love- it can help with nearly everything. This means I can assist more people either to overcome something such as a phobia or bad habit. But it also means I can help people gain something such as more confidence, assertiveness or control.

The possibilities for hypnotherapy seem endless and it can help you which is why I would encourage you to get in contact soon. Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with Chrysalis alongside some brilliant practitioners. Since then I have enjoyed working with people who wanted help with a range of challenges including; ceasing to eat dairy, gaining confidence, addressing past issues, overcoming anxiety attacks, feeling more assertive as well as some more classic scenarios such as ceasing to smoke and losing weight.

I enjoy assisting people in addressing something that is of concern to them. Personalising a series of sessions to a person's individual needs is an enjoyable process and key to ensuring our work together is a success. It is incredibly rewarding to see the change in a client after just a few sessions and I am confident I can support you with whatever your situation may be.

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Each session is £50, this includes the Initial Consultation 

I offer a reduction if a block of sessions is paid for up front.

Recordings of your personalised hypnotherapy scripts are available for an additional £5 each so that you can listen to them away from our sessions if you wish to.

I have a therapy practice in my home but also work over zoom, WhatsApp video or FaceTime so however it suits you best, I can accommodate it.

I work most weekday evenings as well as some weekdays and weekends so there is flexibility on offer in order to fit your sessions in around your personal schedule.
