About me

Award-winning hypnotherapist with over a decade of experience, seeing clients all over the world and helping them create positive, lasting changes in their lives.

Her practice is creative, intuitive - and underpinned by extensive training and certification.

Using formal psychological techniques alongside more magical, spiritual practices: cognitive hypnosis, trauma rewiring, spiritual work and theory, breath work, energy practices, shamanistic principles and shadow work.

It is a polyrhythmic approach - the point where art, science and magic meet.

As a client, you are at the centre of Jessica's work - all treatments are tailored exactly to your individual needs and goals, and will enable you to permanently release anxiety, face fears and realise your true, confident self.

All sessions are 100% confidential with a safe, comfortable environment to explore and face your issues without judgment, fear or embarrassment. This will help you see yourself honestly and with acceptance, so we can address self-imposed limitations and inspire permanent change.

Jessica sees clients individually, online & 1:1 in London and also holds seminars and works with groups.
