Jennie Williams DHP Acc.Hyp BEd Dip.CBEd
A qualified hypnotherapist and teacher, I live in Crewkerne, South Somerset with my husband and 10 year old son. My passion for healing began when I suffered with Chronic Fatigue. This was when I became fascinated by symptoms in the body and their emotional/psychological connections. Now fully recovered my passion is to help others heal and find more fulfilment in life.
I bring my expertise, my experience, my story, my love of people and my commitment to be real to help you heal.

About My Approach
I help you to find where in your body you may hold anxiety, negative feelings or trauma. By helping you work intuitively through visualisation. I then help you to acknowledge what your feelings are about and to let go of them. Feeling your feelings and being heard are the most important part of this process. As a result you will feel patterns change in your body (eg you will notice feeling less tight in your chest or that you can breathe or digest more easily.) This will have a positive knock-on affect on your general sense of wellbeing, happiness and self esteem.
~ Music and Movement
When we lose confidence in ourselves, we stop feeling so present in ourselves and the world. And we stop expressing who we are and we feel undeserving of having our needs met. By having help to reconnect with our bodies and our voices we find our way back to our true selves and our true expression.
I use stories with a simple narration and concept, recorded backing tracks and our voices. I enable adults and children to open themselves, through play and exploration, to their true expression.
When we find our voice to speak out who we are and can freely express through our bodies, we feel better about ourselves and our lives. We find it easier to give ourselves what we need, to self regulate and to embrace all that is good around us.
How many sessions will I need?
I am flexible in my approach when it comes to number and frequency of sessions but will be happy to suggest how many sessions you might need and we can discuss the frequency that would work best for you.
