Before I became a hypnotherapist I probably had the same misapprehensions as most people about hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I discovered that it really is a form of altered consciousness and that stage hypnotism is very misleading and is completely different from hypnotherapy. You usually remember everything that the hypnotherapist talks about and it is a bit like a lucid daydream. Sometimes my own results have been dramatic but most of all I enjoy seeing people change for themselves and to see the pure joy on their faces after successful therapy is immensely rewarding.

I have managed teams of people and ran a volunteer group for a number of years. I have worked in many different industries and as a teacher.
My passion for hypnosis developed following mid-life changes and career changes. I am a Dad - my son is now grown up (24) and lives nearby in Liverpool.

A session generally lasts about an hour with half an hour added for discussion and consultation. Please, therefore, allow a full hour and a half (90 minutes) I do not like to rush the session - it should be very relaxed.
Most sessions are currently £59 with concessions for pre-booking multiple sessions ( - see below) available via my website and selected press, Facebook or other Internet offers. I do not promote very often and most customers will pay the full price - i.e £59 (One-hour hypnosis and approx 30 minutes chat before and after)
