Before I qualified in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy I worked in large public sector organisations for 27 years, I worked in Change Management 17 years. I trained as an MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner carrying out Personality profiling and then as a Leadership coach and mentor working with senior managers to improve their leadership performance.
I went back to university to complete my professional training studying an MSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling. I left the corporate world and began in private practice as a psychotherapist, counsellor and coach in 2014. I then spent a further two years studying hypnotherapy with LCCH (London College of Clinical Hypnosis with University of London).I have also trained as a Couples Counsellor (Tavistock Clinic).

British Society of Clinical Hypnosis
The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) is a national professional body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the practice of hypnotherapy.
There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows.
Registration demands good quality training, ethical practice and adherence to a code of conduct.

For "Stop smoking " it is a two hour session with a complimentary follow up and the cost is £200 for the whole treatment.
For other issues, a number of sessions may be required and these are charged as follows;
First session £75, subsequent sessions £65.
