About me

Before I qualified in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy I worked in large public sector organisations for 27 years, I worked in Change Management 17 years. I trained as an MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) practitioner carrying out Personality profiling and then as a Leadership coach and mentor working with senior managers to improve their leadership performance.
