About me

Solution focussed Practise, successfully working to assist with change over the last 10years across a diversity of issues.  Inspired to find out more about the influence our unconscious minds have on the bodies we live in...PPTI trained: Masters Dip.  Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching,  fully trained EFT advanced level 3 Practitioner as well  Diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques. (Sue Beer and Emma Roberts at London EFT Center) EMDR (for trauma) with Dr Kate Beaven Marks

Integrating these techniques, whilst tailoring towards and tuning in to each client - assisting in all areas of stuckness; emotional, behavioural and symptomatic, assisting you with the changes you want to make.....ever felt the only person holding you back is 'You'!

From the 1st session you will be using new proven tools to make changes.

I work in all areas and have seen many major shifts in areas concerning berevement, anxiety, Phobias - self-image as well as dissolving habits, depression and generally unexplained symptoms, and trapped emotions.

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.

In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.

A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

BIH
The British Institute of Hypnotherapy and NLP (BIH)

The British Institute of Hypnotherapy is a long established association of hypnotherapists/psychotherapists and NLP practitioners who are committed to the highest standards of ethical practice and professional competence.

BIH members are required to provide proof of training to a suitable level before being accepted and are expected to work within the boundaries of the Institutes Code of Practice.

It is a condition of membership that members have full professional indemnity insurance cover and are also made aware of the fact that the BIH operates a complaints procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

£60/ per session  (generally 1hr)
Special discount for 3 session  £160 (to be booked within 3mnths of 1st session)

I offer 2 places a month free of charge for those who may benefit but cannot afford, I have no method of means testing so please only enquire if you are genuine, all e-mails treated in strict confidence.

When I work

9am till 6pm Monday - Friday Some weekend and later appointments taken with prior arrangement.
