Hi I’m Jane (she/her) and I specialise in anxiety conditions along with addictions (including alcohol abuse), eating disorders, weight management, phobias, Long Covid and menopause related issues. I also work with autistic adults and young people, (diagnosis not necessary).

Clients can see significant change within 3 sessions, giving you hope to continue working toward your goals. With this unique mix of approaches you will have an awareness of how your mind works and have a toolkit that you will always be able to use throughout life to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This means you will notice when you are falling back into old patterns of behaviour and work out much quicker how to change things for yourself and achieve goals in life more quickly and easily.

My sessions are £70 each (or £200 for smoking cessation).

I have experience of working in many different roles supporting adults and young people for 20 years, as well as creating and delivering training. I use this experience to help clients make positive change faster. I have worked with autistic adults and children throughout my career and I am also a parent of neurodiverse children. I use this experience to personalise the therapy sessions to suit the needs of you or your child.

Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
National Council for Hypnotherapy
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
