Further information

Here are what some of my clients have said about having hypnotherapy with me:

“Jane has worked miracles for me. I was extremely emotionally raw following the death of my mother and Jane gave me the tools which enabled me to deeply relax and gain a different perspective on things. I also had a lifelong fear that Jane has helped me diminish, by re-training the brain so that it has shifted the fearful memories away from the Fight-or Flight response to a much less urgent place.

I really wanted to be able to read the Eulogy I’d written for my mum at her funeral, but was very worried I wouldn’t be able to.
With Jane’s help, I did it. And I was able to enjoy it. And a side-effect of all this deep relaxation has been that for the first time in years, my insomnia has eased, and I have been sleeping better than I have for such a long time. Jane has a wonderful gift and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
She has a very gentle, calming voice and manner, she listens attentively, she explains the process fully and clearly, and I felt extremely safe and cared for throughout. I had never experienced Hypnotherapy before, but I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Jane if the need arises. I think for moments of crisis in life, or deeply held fears or problems, this is a wonderful non invasive gift to yourself.” Mary, Sheffield

“I visited Jane for a hypnotherapy session to help me stop smoking after years of failed attempts using nicotine replacement and champix. After literally one session I didn't feel the need to smoke, this was a massive achievement. A little sceptical on how long the result would last I continued using the audio I was given and its already been a full month complelty smoke free. Without a doubt the best and only way that's worked for me this far. If anyone's slightly contemplating using Jane's services I for one can recommend 100 percent.” Darren, Sheffield

”It is hard to express how much Jane has helped me both in my business and personal life. I went to her for help with my confidence as I've always found it difficult to sell my skills to prospective clients. The work I did with her helped my personal life enormously too. Jane has also enabled me how to understand how my brain works in difficult situations and how to change my approach and I'm finding outcomes are so much better. I found her warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I couldn't have asked for more. Definitely recommend.” Jo, Norfolk

“I would recommend anyone looking for hypnotherapy to get in touch with Jane - she is such a kind, warm, and patient person. She explained everything so clearly, and skilfully tailored our sessions to my needs despite me being unclear about what I needed! I have learnt so much that I can put to good use throughout my life. Highly recommended.” Tanya, Sheffield

“I have learnt so much from Jane over the hypnotherapy sessions she’s led with me. She’s given me the confidence to make small positive actions that lead me towards behavioural changes I want to make. Jane has a friendly relaxed style which immediately put me at ease, allowing me to enjoy and make the most of the sessions. I now have the toolkit I need to apply to a wide range of situations where I want to make changes. Thank you Jane!” Paul, Sheffield

“Hypnotherapy has helped me to be properly rested and calm which makes such a difference to everything. Trance state is very useful when pain is bad and I can rise above it. It’s like a switch, I’ve found an extra control panel in my mind”. Mike, Harrow

“Hypnotherapy has transformed my perception of self-care into something practical, valuable and applicable to everyday life. Through this process I have uncovered a deep-rooted confidence and inner strength that I didn’t know existed, and can now guide me through the challenges of everyday life and aid me in making positive decisions. I’ve learned to set boundaries and nurture my own needs. I will be forever grateful to Jane for helping me develop this toolkit that I can take forward into the future.” Sundeep, Sheffield
