I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) based in Cardiff. I work with people from all walks of life to increase wellness and wellbeing. In particular, I specialize in helping clients who are struggling to take their life to the next level, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, frustrated, anxious or losing confidence.
When you work with me, you will discover how to use your mind to overcome any obstacles in achieving your goals; clear out-dated beliefs and patterns that are holding you back. I show my clients how to overcome fear and doubt; eliminate destructive habits and supercharge their confidence, energy and success.
I discovered Hypnotherapy when my own life had stalled. In my forties, married with three children, seemingly living a great life: we had the house, income, family, lifestyle – we’d chosen this life, worked hard for it. I clearly remember looking in the mirror and admitting to myself that I was unhappy and unfulfilled. Knowing that on paper my life ticked so many boxes, I was really confused but had no idea what to do, or where to turn. I was stuck. I needed answers, and in my quest for understanding, I became fascinated by the mind and how it works. My big breakthrough came when I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a new method of hypnotherapy pioneered by Marisa Peer. Once I knew what was holding me back, I had the clarity, courage and confidence to make some major changes. After studying Marisa's work, I went to London to train with her personally in March 2016. Her unique method delivers powerful results; I know that, because it worked for me. Life was good before, but it didn’t feel right; I didn’t feel like myself, I wasn’t even sure who I was anymore. Rapid Transformational Therapy fixed that. Today I know exactly who I am, and have never felt more confident, present, or fully ‘ME’. My life is back in flow and I have discovered an energy and passion I didn’t know I had. It began with me; with my willingness to show up and invest in myself and now, as an RTT Therapist, I love helping clients who are ready to do the same.
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
RTT is a hybrid therapy combining the principles of clinical hypnotherapy with elements of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy and coaching. Each session is different as it evolves and develops to deliver personalised results for you.
This unique method of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was developed by world renowned therapist, speaker and best-selling author Marisa Peer, who was named Best British Therapist by Men's Health magazine, and features in Tatler's Guide to Britain's 250 Best Doctors.
Marisa developed her method over three decades of working with rock stars, CEOs, elite Olympic athletes, royalty and Oscar winning actors. I was personally trained by Marisa and I continue to receive on-going training and professional development with her. How many sessions will I need?
With Rapid Transformational Therapy you don’t need to see a therapist for months or years. RTT enables you to find the root cause of the problem; to understand what’s really holding you back, and to treat it – typically in three sessions or less.
What to expect in the first session:
The first part of your session allows time to reflect on feelings, beliefs and behaviour patterns you want to change.
The middle part of your session is an opportunity to identify and let go of toxic, negative, limiting beliefs and subconscious blocks that are holding you back and sabotaging your health and happiness.
Finally we empower your mind and body to heal the past, to move forward and to design your future by up-dating and up-grading your beliefs and attitudes.
The final part of your session is recorded and this is a personalised recording specifically for you. Every time you listen to the recording you are re-wiring your subconscious mind to accept and adopt new positive beliefs and behaviours; re-programming your thoughts to focus on what you want to achieve; and creating change in your life by understanding and removing the obstacles in your mind. The recording is yours to keep, and I recommend that you listen to it daily for at least 21 days.
What happens after the session?
When you book an RTT session with me, you are booking a 30 day package. This includes one RTT session; your personalised recording and a follow up call with me at the end of the 30 days. I will stay in contact with you during the 30 days to offer support and keep you motivated, and of course you can contact me with any questions or feedback.

Despite my initial reservations, I was so glad to have Jane use her hypnotherapy skills to help me overcome stage fright - a serious problem for a budding performer!
