As a therapist, my aim is to help my clients cope with life experiences in a positive way, helping them to improve their metal health.

I have been working with improving mental health for 20 years. I have been practicing hypnotherapy for 3 years. I have experience of working with relationship issues including controlling and coercive relationships; loss and bereavement including child loss and child abuse. I have worked with low self-esteem issues, anger problems and anxiety.
